With the draft just over two weeks away, it is still almost impossible to predict who the Cleveland Browns will pick, or which way they are leaning.  But this could be a good thing for a number of reasons.  Most importantly, it increases the trade value of the pick…but that’s if they want to trade.  If they stand pat, predicting the Browns pick remains difficult because there is no clear cut consensus number one overall pick.  While most mock drafts have Texas A&M offensive tackle Luke Joeckel being selected number one overall, it is not a done deal. In Part One of my Free Agency Preview, I explained how I felt the Browns, despite being in a favorable position with regards to cap space compared to many other teams, would still remain somewhat conservative when it comes to spending in Free Agency.  During a sit down with local media at the Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Browns CEO Joe Banner gave the impression that the Browns would be ‘aggressive’ in upgrading the talent on the roster by being ‘active’ in free agency.
